DH6200-GPRS3 data acquisition terminal (long-distance wireless type)

Working principle
The communication between the collector and the server is initiated by the GPRS collector (client), and the server responds to the collector by sending feedback or accepting communication. The collector and server together form an application system based on GPRS and INTERNET network communication. Compared to the collector side, the server side is equipped with more complex application programs, which can accept any communication request initiated by the collector side and constantly detect the communication status in the link, thereby achieving real-time data collection, database services, and other applications. The collector side needs to know the IP address and port number of the server side in advance before initiating communication requests, and once communication is established, there is no difference between the server side and the collector side.
The IP address of the serverIt can be a public IP (fixed IP) or a dynamic domain name obtained through a domain name resolution server.
The port number of the serverUsually corresponding to specific applications running on the server, such as port number TCP 21 used by FTP services and TCP 80 used by Hypertext Server (HTTP). The server-side application supports sending and receiving data through specific port numbers. The default port number is 6006, which requires port mapping from the router. It can also be used directly without port mapping through the new Peanut Shell software.
The process of communication and protocol conversion between GPRS collector and server is shown in the following diagram:
